Raised in France’s world of flavors and artistry, I developed an early appreciation for the transformative power of food, leading me to become a Certified Dietician Nutritionist. My curiosity took me to Iceland, where I immersed myself in the simplicity and purity of Nordic cuisine and advanced my expertise as a Nutrition Coach in Iceland. Along this journey, I expanded my knowledge with a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate and became a Certified Life Coach, building a holistic toolkit to help others transform their relationship with food.
