As a Nutrition coach (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist FR) Sleep Coach and Life Coach I offer comprehensive and individualized counseling sessions, based in Reykjavik, Iceland, I´m a native French speaker and can conduct sessions in French, English, or Icelandic, both in-person and online.

My approach focuses on helping you achieve your health and fitness goals by replacing unhelpful habits with beneficial ones, reinforcing healthy lifestyle choices that promote lasting well-being. A cornerstone of my philosophy is mindful eating, which I believe is the most effective way to understand your inner food reality. This mindfulness extends to addressing sleep issues, serving as my primary tool for tackling insomnia and sleep disturbances.
